Flight Cancellation and Change Policies

MAHARASHTRA

CANCELLATIONS: You can cancel a flight by contacting US or by sending our team an email. Please note all cancelations will be processed in the order in which they are received. Refunds will take up to 7 business days to process after they are initiated by the flier (Please note payments may take longer to reflect in your bank account depending on your finance provider.)

a. The full amount will be refunded if cancellations are made 48 hours before the flight departure. Rs. 5000 cancellation fee will be applied.

b. 50% of the base fare will be refunded if cancellations are made within 24 to 48 hours before the flight departure.

c. 25% of the base fare will be refunded if cancellations are made within 12 to 24 hours before the flight departure. A 25% discount will be offered on your next booking based on flight availability.

d. There will be no refund for cancellations made within 12 hours of the flight departure.

KARNATAKA

a. Full refund for cancellations made 7 days prior to departure.

b. No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of departure.

Modification of booking is allowed until 24 hrs before departure. The fare difference if any will be charged, with a change fee of INR 5000.

If the booking has been paid for by credit card, the proceeds will be credited to the respective credit cards. If the booking has been paid for by debit card/net banking, the proceeds will be directly credited to the respective bank account.

Charter Cancellation and Change Policies

Cancellation
100% of the charter cost shall be deducted less than 48 hrs before the scheduled departure
50% of the charter cost shall be deducted less than 72 hrs before the scheduled departure
25% of the charter cost shall be deducted if the cancellation is made more than 72 hrs before the scheduled departure

FORCE MAJURE BLADE does not hold itself responsible for non-operation of the charter for any unforeseen reason/s such as (1) Bad Weather (2) Poor Visibility (3) Non–Availability of clearances from ATC / Defence Authorities / Civil Administration (4) Technical problems: - if due to above reasons, the flight cannot take off from the Originating station the full amount will be refunded. The operators working with BLADE always obtain the destination weather before departure. However, if due to sudden deterioration of weather en-route/destination, the aircraft cannot land at the Destination and has to return to the starting point or divert to some other airport, the actual flying time would be chargeable, and balance if any, would be payable/refundable. BLADE is not responsible for any technical snag that develops in the aircraft which cannot be rectified within the time limit and affect the operation of the flight and on the advice of the operator will refund the payment made partly or fully.
