BLADE just got getting to the city easier
From the 10th of October, you can now get to Bengaluru City Center in under 15 minutes from the BLADE Lounge, a short car ride from the Airport terminal. A BLADE car will shuttle you between the BLADE Lounge Near, Kempegowda International Airport, and pick-up point 2 at the Airport departure terminal.
What happens once you’ve booked a BLADE on the website or the app:
You’ll receive a flight confirmation email with all details.
Followed by a call from our Flier Relations team, they will assist you with baggage transfers and any other specific requests you may have.
For a seamless BLADE Experience
A BLADE Flier Experience team member will reach out to check in on your arrival/departure status.
Our team will monitor your domestic/international flight details for a seamless transfer, and if you're facing delays they will try their best to help you make your connecting BLADE flight.
When you arrive at the airport make your way to the exit. Your confirmation email will have instructions on finding the BLADE Car.
The car will take you to and from the BLADE Lounge in a few minutes, depending on whether you're connecting to another flight or arriving at the airport. Once you arrive at the BLADE Lounge you will be checked in, briefed about your flight, and handed some refreshments before taking off.
Fliers must have a valid connecting flight to/from the airport to avail of this last-mile service
In a matter of minutes, you'll be in the city or at the airport in time meet your connecting flight.

Once your helicopter lands at the airport, a BLADE vehicle will be waiting to transport you and other passengers to your departure terminal.
After your commercial flight lands at the airport, you will be met by a BLADE vehicle curbside at the arrivals terminal for a short drive to your helicopter. Your conformations will contain details about your pickup point and a BLADE Flier Experience team member who will be in touch with you throughout. Make sure to fill in accurate flight information by using the link on your BLADE conformations, the team will use this information to coordinate car transfers and Baggage Drops. Please make sure when booking your BLADE Airport flight you adhere to the recommended arrival timings suggested by your commercial air carrier. It is recommended that your commercial departure flight be at least 1hr and 30mins domestic, and 2hr and 30mins internationally from the time you arrive at the BLADE Airport Lounge. If your arriving commercial flight is delayed beyond our service window, BLADE Cancelations and Change Policy will apply. In the event you are unable to reach the BLADE representative, call 1-800-102-5233 or open the BLADE app and press the phone in the upper right-hand corner of your phone—you’ll be connected to a Flier Relations representative immediately..
One softcover foldable carry-on per person is allowed (10 kgs / 22 lbs). The baggage has to be a small cabin bag and cannot be a hardtop. You are also allowed one personal item (Purse / small laptop bag) on board. Your luggage will be inspected for size and weight when you arrive at the BLADE India Lounge or point of departure. All excess baggage will be transferred at a cost to the airport for departing guests leaving the city, and to your residing address within the city for guests arriving in the city via our baggage transfer partner. The cost of the excess baggage can be added to your flight as an add-on option at checkout. All passengers are required to have a valid Government Issued Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID)
Please let us know in advance of any infants you will be traveling with. Children up to 2 years of age are categorized as infants; they are not required to make a booking and can be accommodated on the lap. No pets are allowed onboard.

Chartered flights are confirmed in the order they are received. Once your flight has found its place in the queue we will confirm it, once we have organized a suitable helicopter for you. Please be patient as we often have high flight volume, and will do our best to confirm your flight as soon as possible upon checking with the licensed operators.
CHARTERS: In the event that you are late for your charter, there will be a charge which will be intimated at the time of booking. These costs are derived from a combination of idle time, re positioning costs, and duty hours.
FLIGHTS WITH ESTIMATED DEPARTURE TIME: No flights will be held past the time of departure.
Flight times vary depending on your route. Estimated flight times are indicated during the booking process. After booking, you can view flight information by looking at your app’s Upcoming Flights area. Please note may be longer than stated due to a number of factors, as detailed in the website.
We collect each traveler’s weight so that we can help our operator monitor the total weight load of each flight. This is a regulation that must be met in order to ensure your safety and the safety of those flying with you. There is no defined weight limit per passenger, but there is an overall weight limit and distribution allocated on a per aircraft basis. We strictly adhere to this. BLADE India reserves the right to request a traveler to shift places within the aircraft, shift flight times or purchase additional bookings due to these regulations. This is a regulation that must be met in order to ensure your safety and the safety of those flying with you.

BLADE India is a digitally enabled company that facilitates booking of helicopters on a per person per flight basis or charter the entire helicopter on per flight basis operated by DGCA licensed operators. Guests must register as BLADE India members which is a one time process upon sign up in order to book flights. Just download the BLADE app on iOS or Android, or visit BLADE on your web browser.
Flights can be booked to the most in-demand destinations in our network within seconds. The app allows users to launch their own private charter or book individually per person on a flight with estimated departure time.
BLADE India does not own, operate or fly the aircraft and is not an air carrier. All Flights arranged by BLADE India are currently operated by various DGCA licensed operators.
BLADE India does not offer helicopter tours. We are strictly a point A to point B destination based company.
